ভূমিকা
একাডেমি ইনসাইটস হলো অটোমেট আইটি লিমিটেড এর তৈরি একটি অ্যাপ, যা আমাদের শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান ব্যবস্থাপনা সফটওয়্যার একাডেমি আইএমএস এর সাথে সংযুক্ত থেকে কাজ করে। এই অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের উর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তাগণ তাঁদের আওতাধীন প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহের গ্রাফিকাল সামারি রিপোর্ট দেখতে পারেন।
আমরা ব্যবহারকারীদের গোপনীয়তাকে গুরুত্ব সহকারে বিবেচনা করি। এই প্রাইভেসি পলিসিতে বর্ণনা করা হয়েছে আমরা কী তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি, কীভাবে তা ব্যবহার করি এবং কীভাবে সুরক্ষিত রাখি।
আমরা যেসব তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি
- লগইন তথ্য: একাডেমি আইএমএস থেকে প্রাপ্ত ব্যবহারকারীর নাম, ইউজার আইডি এবং প্রমাণীকরণ (authentication) তথ্য, যা দিয়ে ব্যবহারকারী অ্যাপে প্রবেশ করেন।
- প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক তথ্য: ব্যবহারকারীর আওতাধীন শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের সামারি ও পরিসংখ্যানগত তথ্য (যেমন শিক্ষার্থী সংখ্যা, ফলাফল, আর্থিক সারসংক্ষেপ, উপস্থিতি ইত্যাদি), যা একাডেমি আইএমএস সার্ভার থেকে সংগৃহীত হয়ে গ্রাফিকালি উপস্থাপন করা হয়।
- ডিভাইস তথ্য: ডিভাইসের মডেল, অপারেটিং সিস্টেম ভার্সন, অ্যাপ ভার্সন — যা অ্যাপের সঠিক কার্যকারিতা নিশ্চিত করতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
- ব্যবহারের তথ্য (Usage Data): অ্যাপ কীভাবে ব্যবহৃত হচ্ছে তার সাধারণ পরিসংখ্যান, যা অ্যাপের মান উন্নয়নে সহায়ক।
আমরা কোনো ব্যক্তিগত শিক্ষার্থীর স্পর্শকাতর ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য (যেমন জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র নম্বর, স্বাস্থ্য তথ্য) এই অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে সংগ্রহ করি না — শুধুমাত্র প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক সামারি পর্যায়ের তথ্য প্রদর্শিত হয়।
তথ্যের ব্যবহার
সংগৃহীত তথ্য নিম্নলিখিত উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহৃত হয়:
- ব্যবহারকারীকে তাঁর নির্দিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠান(সমূহ)-এর সামারি রিপোর্ট প্রদর্শন করা।
- ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্ট প্রমাণীকরণ ও নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা।
- অ্যাপের কার্যকারিতা, পারফরম্যান্স ও ব্যবহারকারীর অভিজ্ঞতা উন্নত করা।
- কারিগরি সমস্যা চিহ্নিতকরণ ও সমাধান করা।
তথ্য শেয়ারিং
আমরা ব্যবহারকারীর তথ্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে বিক্রি করি না। নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্র ব্যতীত তথ্য শেয়ার করা হয় না:
- একাডেমি আইএমএস সার্ভার অবকাঠামোর সাথে (যেহেতু এই অ্যাপ একাডেমি আইএমএস এর ডেটার উপর নির্ভরশীল)।
- আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা থাকলে, যেমন আদালতের নির্দেশ বা সরকারি সংস্থার বৈধ অনুরোধ।
- ব্যবহারকারীর স্পষ্ট সম্মতি থাকলে।
তথ্য সুরক্ষা
আমরা ব্যবহারকারীর তথ্য সুরক্ষিত রাখতে যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রযুক্তিগত ও প্রশাসনিক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করি, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে এনক্রিপ্টেড সংযোগ (HTTPS), নিরাপদ প্রমাণীকরণ পদ্ধতি এবং সীমিত অ্যাক্সেস নিয়ন্ত্রণ। তবে কোনো ডিজিটাল ব্যবস্থাই শতভাগ নিরাপদ নয় এবং আমরা সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপত্তার নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারি না।
ডেটা সংরক্ষণ
ব্যবহারকারীর তথ্য যতদিন প্রয়োজন ততদিন সংরক্ষণ করা হয় — যেমন অ্যাকাউন্ট সক্রিয় থাকা পর্যন্ত অথবা আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা অনুযায়ী। অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ বা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করা হলে, প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী তথ্য মুছে ফেলা হবে বা সীমিত করা হবে।
শিশুদের গোপনীয়তা
একাডেমি ইনসাইটস অ্যাপটি শুধুমাত্র শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের উর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তাদের জন্য তৈরি, যারা প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক। এটি শিশুদের ব্যবহারের জন্য নয় এবং আমরা জ্ঞাতসারে ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সী শিশুদের কাছ থেকে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না।
ব্যবহারকারীর অধিকার
- নিজের তথ্য দেখার অধিকার।
- ভুল তথ্য সংশোধনের অনুরোধ করার অধিকার।
- অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করার অধিকার (প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক প্রশাসকের মাধ্যমে)।
নীতিমালার পরিবর্তন
এই প্রাইভেসি পলিসি সময়ে সময়ে হালনাগাদ করা হতে পারে। কোনো উল্লেখযোগ্য পরিবর্তন হলে, আপডেটকৃত তারিখসহ এই পৃষ্ঠায় প্রকাশ করা হবে।

Introduction
Academy Insights is an app developed by Automate IT Limited that works in connection with our educational institution management software, Academy IMS. The app allows senior officials of educational institutions to view graphical summary reports for the institutions under their authority.
We take user privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Information We Collect
- Login Information: Username, user ID, and authentication credentials provided through Academy IMS, used to sign in to the app.
- Institutional Data: Summary and statistical data of the educational institutions under the user's authority (such as student counts, results, financial summaries, attendance, etc.), retrieved from the Academy IMS server and presented graphically.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and app version, used to ensure the app functions correctly.
- Usage Data: General statistics on how the app is used, which help us improve app quality.
We do not collect sensitive personal data of individual students (such as national ID numbers or health information) through this app — only institution-level summary data is displayed.
How We Use Information
Collected information is used for the following purposes:
- To display summary reports for the user's designated institution(s).
- To authenticate user accounts and maintain security.
- To improve app functionality, performance, and user experience.
- To identify and resolve technical issues.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user information to third parties. Information is not shared except in the following cases:
- With Academy IMS server infrastructure, since this app relies on data from Academy IMS.
- Where required by law, such as a court order or a valid request from a government authority.
- With the user's explicit consent.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect user data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication methods, and restricted access controls. However, no digital system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
User information is retained for as long as necessary — such as while the account remains active, or as required by applicable law. If an account closure or deletion is requested, data will be deleted or restricted in accordance with applicable law.
Children's Privacy
Academy Insights is designed exclusively for senior officials of educational institutions, who are adults. It is not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
User Rights
- The right to view your own information.
- The right to request correction of inaccurate information.
- The right to request account deletion (through the institutional administrator).
